Dear Journal,
Akron
My family and I went to Akron, the 1st stop of many. We had to go north east to get there. Today were going to Hale Farm and Village . We saw how people lived in the 19th century We learned that some people had to grow gardens and make their own food to eat

We got to sleep in our car for the ENTIRE TRIP AROUND OHIO!!!! The next day we went to Harry London Chocolates , when we walked in, we smelled chocolate everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. I bought a pack of Jelly Belly jelly beans, part pear, part cotton candy, part bubble gum. My mom bought a king size Almond Joy bar, my dad bought a pretzel drenched in mustard, and Alani (a.k.a. my sister), bought a pack of Twizzlers, as always. Then we took a tour of the factory, we saw how their chocolate made, first, they ground up a lot of cocoa beans, next, they melted them to a thickness to make their chocolate, after that, they pour the chocolate into molds, then, machines put it in a chamber, where it cools and hardens.

Then we rested in our car, again! The next day, we went to the Akron Zoo. We saw a komodo dragon, it had a tongue like a snake. We saw a snow leopard too, it was like a leopard, but white! But soon, we had to sleep in our car... AGAIN!!!! Today were going to the famous Dr. Bob's Home. He was a in group called Alcoholics Anonymous, also known as AA. We didn't have to pay for it either.

Good night,
Anacca

Dear Journal,
Toledo
Next stop, Toledo, the 2nd stop of many. First we went to the Toledo Zoo , one of the best in world. We saw over 3,500 animals there, my favorite was the majestic yet graceful, panda. It was so calm, and when our hands were "touching" each other through the glass, we felt as if we were somehow connected. Soon we had to go to bed, though.

coooooooooool!

The next day we went to the Ottawa Park Golf Course, my dad and I played a few games. I won both games though, It took so long, it became to get dark. Then we went to bed. The next day we drove to the Toledo Museum of Art. We saw a painting called "Oath of Horati", It looked really cool when we saw it, but soon we had to leave, it was so soon, that I thought we missed part of the museum.

Good night,
Anacca

I went down the biggest slide in the building. I thought I wouldn't live to see another slide again. Alani stayed in the kiddy pool, because she was only 5 years old. After getting totally soaked, we went to bed. Today we are going to Alms Park. We saw tons of robins, cardinals and blue jays. And I saw about 90 birds nests. We had a picnic too. Soon we went to bed.

Good night,

Dear Journal,
Cleveland
Next stop, Cleveland, the 4th stop of many. We drove to Lake Erie, that's when the fun started. First, we got our bathing suits and swam in Lake Erie. We swam and practiced our swim move "The Bottle Cork" It's really cool too, first you spin around 5 times, then pop like a cork! We did it about like 4 times. When we got out, we saw food out on a table, 3 words, we went bazooka. We ate like pigs at a pizza party! All the food was gone by sundown, so we drove back to our empty lot and went to sleep in our car.

Good night,
Anacca

Our last stop, Columbus, today we're going to COSI. There were over 300 exhibits that were interactive. We saw tons of things that were related to science. We even got to play with a solar system. Soon it was nightfall, so we went back to the lot. Today we're going to the Goodale Park, we saw about 102 chipmunks and about 203 birds. We had lunch there, too. We drove to the lot early because it rained. Today we went to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium .
